    1. All butters are not created equally and during various months melting and resolidifying may occur during shipment. However, just warm the butters in your hands and it will emulsify and melt and apply.

    1. At this time, we do not send samples through the mail.

    1. No, our products are not tear-free.
  5. DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUT PRODUCTS
    1. Yes, most of our products do have nut derivatives such as shea butter, almond butter, etc You can check the ingredients for each of our products in the “INGREDIENTS” tab on the product detail page.
  6. What is your shipping timeframe?
    1. We aim to ship our orders within 7 business days with a tracking number.
